You will receive an email after checkout requesting your paddle colour choices and grip thickness (S, M, L, XL). Grip thickness is proportional to hand size and is also correlated with height. Women are typically S,M,L and men are typically M,L,XL. See photo. Call 0405 182 794 if you have any questions. We post all orders same day where possible so we will send a medium grip if we don't hear from you.
