We will refund or exchange any product you are dissatisfied with. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer returnds, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with the conditions below.

60 Day Returns

We offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any products that have been damaged, used, altered or are otherwise not in their original condition may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

If there is any error on our part, an incorrect or misleading product description, or a faulty or defective product, we will cover reasonable shipping costs to and from the customer. Once we assess the product, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement or exchange depending on the circumstances.

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty Policy

For a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the fault or defect. We will assess the claim and advise you of the next steps.
